Service scope

Project scope, timelines, deliverables, and turnaround are based on the package selected or the written agreement confirmed between both parties. Custom projects may require separate written approval before kickoff.

Payments

• Consult fees are charged upfront through the listed payment processor.
• Monthly retainers are billed in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• One-time projects may require full or partial payment before work begins.

Refund and cancellation terms

• Consult fees are non-refundable once the booking and planning process has started.
• Monthly retainer clients may cancel future service before the next billing cycle; partial-month refunds are not guaranteed once work has started.
• One-time project payments are generally non-refundable after work, design time, planning, or delivery has begun.
• If a project is paused because required client materials or communication are missing, timelines may shift.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project details, approvals, brand assets, access credentials where needed, and timely communication. Delays in client response can delay delivery.

Non-legal documentation support

Any documentation, policy, intake, or consent support provided through this business is non-legal in nature. Final legal review and approval must come from licensed counsel before use.

Limitation

Results depend on the project type, timing, client cooperation, external platforms, and other variables. No guarantee is made that a specific sales, audience, or performance result will occur.
